Air Force Christmas Party

This past weekend, we had our Air Force annual Christmas party and it was a good ending to a long day! Lots of VIPs including myself (just kidding about me..haha) were at the party. Some of our greatest war heros!

Christmas Music Box

We've really been getting in the Christmas spirit around here. Tonight we broke out Carter's favorite music box! He has loved this music box since he was a baby. Truthfully I think it is because it has a train in it but either way it is definitely his favorite Christmas decoration. Layla even loved it as well. I think she was happy to just be in front of the tree with her big bro.

The star has returned and I am sorry to say we had to fire Carter from holding it this time. Also, I managed to get some wrapping done this weekend..three down..a ton to go.

Letters from Santa

Somebody was mighty excited about a letter they got from old Santa himself today! Carter could barely stand to know what Santa had written to him. Even Layla got a letter

Oh' Christmas Tree

We finally got our tree up and all decorated and my little elves couldn't be more excited. Carter is super excited about Santa coming this year and especially about his tree like last year!

We did have a star but we decided to hire a two year old to hold on to it why we put the lights on..and well..the star retired early this year. Looks like we will be getting another one.

Layla wondering what all the commotion is about with a tree in the house and keeping Carter out of the tree is a job within it's self.

I think someone was ready for a bottle and a bath. Layla was feeling a little under the weather from her shots today. Poor baby.

This little naughty pair is so excited that they decided to even set-up camp in front of the tree. I mean, there isn't even a present under it yet. That right there is the true meaning of Christmas!

Happy 27th birthday Daddy!

Yesterday, my baby daddy turned 27. I love rubbing it in that he is a lot closer to 30 then I am. I think for the most part it just puts more gray hairs on his head..hahaha. It was an awesome day..we did some Christmas shopping, ate a nice dinner at Provinos, and ate a huge cupcake that I made just for him!
