Zek's Birthday/Egg Hunt

Carter's good friend Zek celebrated his 7th birthday Saturday! Complete with Egg hunt, helicopter, fire truck, and bouncy houses (perfect party if you ask me). 

P.S. I am going to really have to step up my birthday party game this year..helicopter? Firetruck? I don't think I can top that! Haha.

The birthday boy and his sister Emma. Carter and Zek have been good buddies since they were two. His mama and I attended Brookwood High School together.

Can we say sugar high? It appears the Easter bunny has some competition.

Spring has sprung!

The weather was absolutely beautiful yesterday! I packed after school snacks, picked the kids up from school, and we headed to the park to soak up some vitamin-D!

There is a playground by the way, they were just more intrigued by the sand AKA: volleyball court.

Cinderella!

Mimi came down this weekend, and we took the kiddos to see Cinderella! Mimi, popcorn, candy, and princesses..Layla was sold! Carter was sold except for the princess part and decided to blurt out that all the men in the movie looked like George Washington hahahaha! Crazy kiddo!

Knight at the Museum

Carter had his Knight at the Museum this past week at school and his class's theme was "The Ant and the Grasshopper. Here is his class's reenactment of the fable.
