Weekend away!

The kiddos stayed at Mrs. Laura's house this weekend while daddy and I attended Music Midtown in Atlanta. What an experience that was and we will leave it at that. Here are some pictures that Laura sent me.

Sunday BBQ!

Spent our Sunday at Uncle Nicks for a Falcon football BBQ after church. Wings, football, and tons of cuteness!

While the boys were screaming at the game, Nicole and I were watching these three sweet babies!

My sweet niece! Hard to believe she is almost 8 months old.

Labor Day fun!

Packed up and went to the lake for some Labor Day fun at Lake Lanier Island's beach and water park! The perfect way to end summer, beachin' it lake style!

Life is seriously a beach! The weather was awesome and we enjoyed a nice picnic on the beach.

The water park, however, changed their spirits.

We had two tired kiddos by the end of the day. 7:00 p.m. bedtime? No problem!

Wedding Weekend!

Layla and I were in my best friend's wedding this weekend! We had a blast celebrating with Tina at Lake Lanier Islands!

Belated check up!

Little miss thang had her belated 4 year old check up today and is 39 lbs (weighs more then Carter, bless his heart) and 42 1/2 inches tall. She also got four shots for being four (not really) and took them like a boss--not even one tear. 

All ready to see the Doc! Such a big girl and all ready for kindergarten next year!

Thanking his lucky stars he wasn't there for a visit. Carter's 4-5 year old shots didn't go as well last year. Put it this way, the staff wasn't sad to see us leave--haha!

First day of school!

Hard to believe I have a child starting Pre-K and another starting 1st Grade today! It's definitely going to be a quiet house for this mama.
