Halloween Cookies!

Carter and Layla have been on their best behavior lately and got to make some yummy Halloween cookies for a special treat!

And they made the perfect after baseball practice snack for all these sweet little guys!

Game Day!

Today our little Gator had another great victory at his game today!

It's Fall y'all!

We have really been getting in the Fall spirit around here! We have also really been enjoying the cooler weather and we got out our Halloween decorations to show our Fall appreciation. The kids have talked about Halloween non-stop since we left the beach (I am sure "The Nightmare before Christmas" doesn't help much).

Al and Carter were at baseball practice so, my sweet little girl and I got some one on one time outside in the nice weather.

We even painted one of our favorite Halloween stories...

I think our pumpkins turned out more like apples, but we enjoyed painting them anyways.

Game Day!

Carter had his 1st baseball game today against the Knights and was awesome! The Knights had nothing on our Gators! I think some of the kids would rather have Tonka trucks out there then their baseball gloves--the dirt is real entertaining!

Big win Little Gators! My baby daddy is also one of the assistant coaches and looks so cute in his Gator attire! Looking forward to next Saturday's game!

Carter's 1st Practice

Saturday, we had Carter's first baseball practice and he had so much fun running the bases, hitting the ball with the bat, and getting "baseball ready" by catching some ground balls. He also met some new friends, Griffen, Julian, Haven, and Nicholas to name a few.

My dad dropped in today for a quick visit with the kids and they were so happy to see him!

Little Slugger

While we were at the beach, I got an e-mail from Carter's coach letting us know his team name--"The Little Gators". Today, we went out and got him some equipment he will need for baseball practices and games. GO GATORS!

The orange socks are a little much, but were the only ones left in his size--they will surely do for practice.

Back home!

After a week spent on the OBX of NC these two sun kissed faces are glad to be home and back in the swing of things.
